HotelTonight , a hotel booking platform that lets people to make last-minute bookings at hotels, announced today that they are going to extend their reservation to up to 100 days . It may be noted as of now HotelTonight only lets users book hotels within seven days of booking date. HotelTonight has raised a total of $117 M to date, has more than 25,000 hotels in its channel and operates in more than 1,500 cities. Read more at Techcrunch

Wing ,A United Arab Emirates logistic startup building out a same- and next-day delivery network, is acquired by Souq, the Dubai-based e-commerce company recently acquired by Amazon for $580 million earlier this year . Wing could well help Souq to build a strong base in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region. It may be noted that Souq already has a strong market base in Saudi Arabia and nearby countries , with more than 40 million site visits per month. Read more at Business Insider

Online babycare products startup Mamaearth, is raising and undisclosed capital from existing investor Fireside Ventures. Mamaearth co-founder Varun Alagh said that while the early-stage consumer-focused venture fund will be leading the round, two or three more investors will also be participating in it. “We will announce their names by the end of this month.” The fresh capital will be used to launch more products for both the mother and her child. Malaysia-based iResidenz is an online property management platform that connects property owners, managers, and tenants, has raised an undisclosed amount in pre series A funding from Interbase Resources. Tenants can use this platform to access bills, make payments, book facilities, and also to submit complaints. Property owners are given access to real-time reports and an automation feature for the selective administrative jobs.
